Ziinga spam texts
Twice in the last month I have recieved spam texts telling me I'd won an Apple I-pad, go to listed website enter code & claim your prize. When you do , you are re-directed to Ziinga's sign-up page. I have complained to Ziinga customer service both times & they say they are not sending the texts & are not affiliated with the bogus website & "are investigating" Well they are either lying *** or both. Who else would go to such trouble to direct people to thier sign up page? That's it in a nut shell but I've got to keep typing b/c this won't let me post < 100 words ???

Ziinga charging with no order
Ziinga has charged my Credit Card for total $ 198.33 in 2 payments. Paula, Ziinga Customer Service said: Since I have signed up for a Platinum membership & deposited 100 + 120," "Included with this payment, you will receive a 7-day Platinum membership for FREE. Once the free days expire, normal monthly charges of USD 89.99 will apply. The membership is only binding for 3 months." This clause is stated within the receipt we sent after you have completed the transaction. 1- There was an ad for a gift card from WALMART for $100./ They have deducted the $100 & card has never received They promised to gifve a gift of a cellphone also. (Nothing received) 2- Now they deducted $ 198.33 more from my card .$ 100 + 120 + 198.33 = $418.33 They better give me my $418.33 back. Thanks Seif

Ziinga what a scam have to pay to cancel
I signed up to Ziinga. Even though I NEVER bought a bid package I only used some free bids given to me when I signed up and because I used them they are going to charge me a cancellation fee!!! Even if you read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at the beginning it is VERY VERY MISLEADING they tell you about a GOLD membership BUT when you sign up it is for a PLATINUM membership!!!! Therefore you get charged the CANCELATION FEE OF $41.00!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF/SCAM!!! All throughout the info in the Terms and Conditions THEY SAY IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL JUST LOG ON TO info@***.com WHICH is highlighted so you just have to move your curser to it!!! Another thing is that the box under the sign in info is CHECKED off indicating you agree to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!! BEWARE WATCH WHAT IS ON THE PAGE ALREADY AND WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY SIGNING UP FOR

On-line Auctions
Penny auctions or Auctions that cost money to Bid should not be allowed to be referred to as "Auctions" because they are not. I was taken in by the false claims and legitimate looking advertising. http://www.ziinga.com/us/ This company showed up in my e-mail and looked like a good deal. However, they will NOT refund any money and are NOT in the US. It is a scam to entice you to gamble on the 'possibility' of getting merchandise cheap. You will be lucky to get anything at all. Beware of On-line auctions that want money up front. It is NOT an Auction.

I received a text message that hijacked BestBuy name congratulating that I won a free iPad. Since I just returned from buying a television at BestBuy I answered the link, which immediately took me to Ziinga.com.
I was then informed that I further won a bid for a Samsung phone. To ship prizes I was required to fill in an account form with mailing address details and then linked to a Verify Visa form site to pay for shipping costs, which were about $4.00. Once submitted, I received an email congratulating me as a winner and verifying my account information and joining a free promotional membership with Ziinga and to view their terms and conditions. Once you open the terms and conditions link you realize you have been scammed and that they have revealed the membership comes with a binding 3 month contract to take $89.00USD a month or you can cancel and pay a cancellation fee of $52.00CDN.
Upon immediately contacting the Ziinga Customer Support to report this and have it resolved you will find that this is not a traditional customer service, they are scripted not to resolve the matter and quote only the terms and conditions if you fail to pay them the cancellation fee they threaten to send your account to a collection agency. I further found that Ziinga had withdrawn the first month $89.00USD from my Visa. Ziinga is a foreign company and if Googled you will find many websites reporting similar scam complaints worldwide. I had contacted Visa Dispute & Visa Security to report the scam and cancel my Visa Card requesting a chargeback investigation.
I am filing complaints with the Canadian Federal Anti-Fraud Centre, Canadian Competition Bureau and will be forwarding a complaint to the local police service of jurisdiction to obtain a report number. Ziinga threatens collection, although I have not been contacted by a third party collection agency who has bought their debt, if I am I will be requesting to take the matters before a civil tribunal/court and will be serving legal documents requesting original certified contracts, which don't exist since this was a scam and witness subpoena's, etc. to date Customer Support staff will not provide employee numbers or manager contact info. They are obviously complicit to the scam.
Found numbers in Canada linked to Ziinga are either not in sevice or ghost numbers you can not dail back or into. Dont back down or pay, challenge them and report the scam.
They are making millions on this misrepresentation Internet win scam because victims often concede a pay them. Ziinga is a Malta, registered company.
